As a rule of thumb, if your chosen image is stored on your computer, the largest size your image can be printed (in inches) can be determined by dividing the pixel height and width of your image by 100.
For example if your image is 1024 pixels by 768 pixels, then the maximum recommended size it can be printed at is 10.24 inches by 7.68 inches. Any size below this will avoid pixelation on the canvas print.

When taking pictures on you digital camera always use the largest file size and resolution possible.
For large-format prints, you may wish to help ensure the best possible print by using an image that is 3 megapixels or larger.

File formats: JPEG, tiffs, bitmaps, psd,(.jpg) images. We can also print artwork from illustrator and .eps files.
Make sure to choose the lowest compression setting when saving images so to maintain the best image quality for printing your picture.

Please bring you file on a cd or dvd, flash memory card or usb drive.
